What if I need service on my equipment after installation?
A simple phone call or e-mail to our office will get you in contact with our service department. We will ask you a few questions to try and get an idea on what might be wrong. Sometimes the equipment can even be repaired over the phone. We have a nationwide network of field technicians factory trained to repair our equipment. They carry the most common parts on their trucks and the other parts (motors, cylinders, etc.) are available for shipment within 24 hours.

I can’t afford a major equipment purchase. How can I have a piece of equipment installed with as little out of pocket expense as possible?
In addition to our purchase plans, we also offer rentals, leases and financing (OAC) with no down payment or security deposit. A compactor saves one of our customers $1,500 a month, but he didn’t want to spend the $18,000 for the equipment up front so he financed it over 60 months. Why should I have a compactor at my business?
The most common reasons why our customers decide to have us install a compactor is that it reduces the frequency of hauls, decreases their monthly garbage bill, decreases labor and eliminates numerous unsightly trash containers. A good rule of thumb is that if your monthly garbage bill is over $800, then you need a no cost or obligation waste audit by one of our staff.
